Eat Healthy has helped me change my eating habits. Yesterday I bit into a cookie that I felt I "just really needed" and right away I felt "this is not going to make me feel good after I swallow it." I opened my car window as tossed the cookie in to nearby woods as I drove by. I dropped the container at the nurses station and everyone loved them. Win, win!!!!! This app helps me go to sleep at night. I turn off the awaken at the end portion. Ive lost 20 pounds so far. No gimmicks. 30 to go ;) Good luck to everyone!
Ive tried a couple if their hypnosis apps and I really like them. For some reason I just cant get into the visualizations that they use in this one. It doesnt work for me.
I used to be addicted to pizza and junk food, especially pizza...I would crave it several times a week and usually give in to it. Ive been listening to this app as I fall asleep for the last several weeks, and its working! I naturally think more about vegetables and healthy options rather than chips and pizza. And when I think about pizza, I can easily dismiss it and move beyond it--it no longer has control. Im very impressed with this app.
I have only been using it for 5 days, and it definitely has helped me have more will power than before.
Although I have used it only a week- I think its working. I have less cravings and can exercise more control when I do have cravings. Update-3weeks after buying this app...I still love it. I am eating healthier. My cravings are not as severe and I dont overeat. Wow. I absolutely love this. I have lost 10 lbs and my pants are literally falling off my waist. I only have 5 to go. I listen to it every day - usual lay while I do chores. I bought the lose wt one too.. I think they are great together.

Used the free app for a while then I upgraded to the hypnotic booster. After using the upgrade for a month, I was promoted to install and update under the app icon, after I updated, I lost the upgrade. So I try to restore the upgrade and it wont connect. They want another $2.99. Rip offs!
I updated and it wont connect when restoring upgrade. Use free app. Dont purchase.
Both ice cream and chips are completely gone from my diet after only 1 week. Im sticking with the free app. I will keep using it until I feel safe without it.
After update, all your apps reverted back to Free version and I had to contact support to find out how to fix it.

I have a potato chip problem. Big time. I will literally stop at a convenience store to get chips and eat half the bag on the way home. This app has helped me break this habit. The voice is soothing, the music is soothing, the relaxation exercise and affirmations and visualization all help. You really do need to listen regularly, at least for a couple of weeks, but I felt the cravings diminish after only a few sessions. Unfortunately then I stopped listening for a weeks, got stressed, and gorged again. Hey, food addictions are like alcohol addiction, and perhaps once or twice weekly meetings (or app sessions) are necessary to maintain.
Tried to use boost and other options several times after I paid for upgrade but it kept asking me to upgrade. It EVENTUALLY worked but what a BUG!!!
Love these apps! It would be nice to have multiple options in one app so I dont have so many (Im up to three!). Would also like to see some that prepare you for a big day. Like night before a race or speech or job interview.
New to this. 2 days ago listened before bedtime, the next day I made good choices even at the vending machine. Didnt listen to it that night & the next day indulged
Im still using the free app and feeling better already
