Truly helpful

I have been alternating between this app and a weight loss app (also by this company) and enjoy both. I feel like I am more mindful about what Im eating. I look forward to listening to the apps each night. So far the only bad thing is not being about to skip the intro. It gets a bit tedious, but its still a very good app.
